- Chandertal - Deo Tiba Base - Manali

Altitude: 4480 m
Day 01 : Manali Khanol (16 kms) Travel by car/jeep upto Jagatsukh and then start the trek along the Jagatsukh nallah upwards through green forests with an amazing variety of vegetation dot the way to reach Khanol (2200 m). The Manali valley appears far below and to the east lies the mighty mountain Deo Tibba. Overnight in tents.
Day 02 : Khanol Chhika (8 kms) A stretch of 3-4 kms if steep through forest and then a long & wide alpine plateau with wild flowers upto Chikka (3350 m). Chhika provides the best rocks for climbing in the area. Overnight in tents.
Day 03 : Chhika Tenta (10 kms) The route is along the right bank of Jagatsukh nallah and passes through Seri. Seri was once a glaciated lake, but is now a meadow carpeted with an astounding variety of herbs and alpine flowers. Along the trek, sudden appearance of Deo Tibba (6001 m) is breathtaking. Overnight in tents at Tenta (4180 m).
Day 04 : Tenta Chandertal - Tenta (10 kms) Same day return trek to the beautiful, emerald blue water Chandertal lake (4480 m) at the base of Deo Tiba. This lake should not be confused with a lake with the same name in Lahaul valley. The flora enthusiast will have a wonderful time trying to identify the hundreds of flowers growing everywhere. Overnight in tents.
Day 05 : Tenta Bhanara (10 kms) Descend down to Bhanara village. In the afternoon explore nearby areas and view Shringtingu mountain range. Overnight in tents.
Day 06 : Bhanara - Manal (25 kms) Trek down to Jagatsukh village enroute visit local temples and a historical cave Arjun Gufa. From Jagatsukh travel to Manali by car/jeep. The trek ends in Manali.

Manali - Beas Kund - Sollang Nallah - Manali

Altitude: 4326 m
Day 01 : Manali Solang Nallah (14 kms) Trek starts along the right bank of Beas river through villages, green fields and orchards with beautiful valleys, forests & mountain view to the famous ski resort, Solang Nallah (2480 m). Overnight in tents. Day 02 : Solang Nallah Bakarthach (12 kms) Trek through an alpine plateau, Dhundi (2480 m). Along the trek view glaciers and snow capped peaks including the peaks of Indrasan (6221 m) & Deo Tibba (6001 m). Overnight in tents at Bakarthach (3150 m). Day 03 : Bakarthach Beaskund - Bakarthach (12 kms) Trek to the source of river Beas, Beaskund. Return to Dhundi for an overnight stay in tents. Day 04: Bakarthach - Solang Nallah - Manali (12 kms) Trek down to Solang Nallah and travel by car/ jeep to Manali. The trek ends in Manali.

Manali - Naggar - Malana - Manikaran - Manali

Altitude: 4450 m Day 01: Manali Naggar (21 kms) Travel by car/jeep from Manali to Naggar. Visit Roerich Art Gallery and other temples in the village. Overnight in tents. Day 02: Naggar Mati Kochhar (16 kms) Ascend through forest and villages with green fields and orchards and reach Mati Kochhar (2591 m). Overnight in tents. Day 03: Mati Kochhar Jari (20 kms) Trek over Bringta pass (3058 m) through forest and villages. Reach Jari (1520 m) and set up a camp nearby. Overnight in tents. Day 04: Jari Manikaran (12 kms) Trek along the Parbati river and the road upto Manikaran (1700 m). Manikaran is a holy place for Hindus and Sikhs with temples and a gurudwara. Enjoy bath in hot sulphur springs. Overnight in guest house/ tents. Day 05: Manikaran Rashol (14 kms) Return to Kasol to cross Parbati river and climb upto Rashol (2591 m). Overnight in tents. Day 06: Rashol Malana (12 kms) Ascend upto Rashol Jot (3248 m) and walk along the ridge upto Malana (2652 m). Set up a camp outside the village. Overnight in tents. Day 07: Malana Seek permission of the village head man to enter the village to study the local customs, traditions & social system of the people, which is considered to be the oldest democracy of the World. Be cautious and follow all local rules and their customs. Overnight in tents. Day 08: Malana Khiksa Thach (16 kms) Trek along the Malana nallah to the meadow, Khiksa Thach (4450 m) providing beautiful scenery and even visit a glacier nearby. Overnight in tents. Day 09: Khiksa Thach Nag Ruhni (19 kms) Easy walking with good view on all sides upto Nag Ruhni (4030 m). Overnight in tents. Day 10: Nag Ruhni Rumsu (18 kms) Trek over the Chanderkhani pass (3660 m) and descend to Rumsu (2378 m). From the pass one can enjoy a magnificient view of various mountain peaks of Kullu, Lahaul and Bara Bhangal ranges. Overnight in tents. Day 11: Rumsu Naggar Manali (25 kms) Trek down to Naggar and then travel by car/jeep onwards to Manali (2050 m). The trek ends in Manali.
